Indonesian citizen, 57 years old and residing in Jakarta. During his career, he served as Director of PT Iga Mulia (1985- 1990), then as Director of PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (1990- 2008). Following in 2010-2014, he served as Commissioner of PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk, and as of August 2018 he has served as President Commissioner of the Company. In addition, he also served as President Commissioner of PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk since 2014 until now.
Liauw Prasetyo

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Currently 61 years old. In the course of his career, he has served as Director in various companies since 2002. He served as Director at PT Sandipala Arthaputra in 2002 – 2009, then continued as Director at PT. Mecosuprint Grapiha in 2010 – 2011, then as Director at PT. Royal Standard Jaya Lestari in 2011 – 2014, became Deputy Marketing Director at PT. Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk in 2018, in 2020 he was appointed as Commissioner at PT. Salemba Emban Patria, and later he was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk in 2021 based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
