Urban Signature
Urban Signature TOD Area (Transit Oriented Development) is an area developed by PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. TOD Department covering an area of 11.5 ha. Urban Signature is located at Jl. Pengantin Ali No. 88, Ciracas, East Jakarta with the approach of compact urban development which adapts the mixed-use spatial management and maximize the use of LRT mass transport with pedestrian/cycling track.
Urban Signature adopts the concept of "Green Smart Living" directly integrated with Ciracas LRT station. This development area consists of 8 Apartment Towers, commercial area, green open space, convention, retention lake, family garden, pedestrian and jogging track, Ciracas Shuttle Bus Terminal, public outdoor activity space, and cycling track.
